Madison's Necessary Redundancy - Ricochet.com: "'The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.'

Madison was prescient, to put it mildly.

The Tenth Amendment is often characterized as a redundant truism in the context of the larger document.

If only.

In case we missed--in our Progressive lemming march to deconstruct American Exceptionalism--all the implied restraints in the main body of the Constitution, the Tenth Amendment makes it idiot-proof.

If only.

That is what we are taking back.  We need to message it as if our lives and sacred honor depended on it...because it does."
Question is: When was the 10th Amendment stricken from the Constitution and the modern American Leviathan begun?
