The "science" on the safety of vaccines is overwhelming, as is the science on the utility of DDT, the safety and utility of GMO crops, the safety of plasticizers such as phthalates and BPA, the overall safety of nuclear power, and so forth. As you point out, they refuse to de-list non-endangered species, they refuse to allow land use on parks that has been shown to be environmentally harmless, and the list goes on. The left is adamantly against all of these things, arguing that one or two fringe studies suggest they're unsafe. Which side is anti-science again?
