Bzzzzzt In Indiana

Stunning court decision in Indiana–Hoosiers have no right to resist illegal police entry into their home: "Or said another way, your home is no longer your castle.

“The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”

Bzzzzzt.

Wrong – in Indiana"
Holy crap. And no doubt the next decision in this sequence will give police that are union members -- is it all of them by this point? -- the right to carry back your list of political donations to union hall to decide whether they'll respond to calls for help from your "castle" in future.
