Socialism: The Most Corrupt Path to Great Wealth | Power Line: What does it take for a country to become wealthy:
1.) Rule of law
2.) Respect for property rights
3.) Limited government
4.) Government accountable to the people
5.) A free and inquiring press to keep the government accountable
